At Cilantro Tamales™, we’ve honored the traditions and recipes found in Mexican homes and served by real Mexican house wives to bring you our Authentic Tamales.
Entrees are served with your choice of two homemade, corn husk wrapped tamales drizzled with our famous red chili sauce and featuring authentic Spanish style rice along with your choice of refriedbeans or black beans.
Cilantro Tamales
Our namesake, these tamales feature sauteed red peppers, green peppers, onions and (of course) cilantro with smoked gouda cheese.
Pork Tamales
A Mexican classic, enjoy savory pulled pork and freshly made salsa verde.
Chicken Tamales
